Terms and Conditions – Fantasy Gem Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Fantasy Gem website, downloading the Fantasy Gem app, creating an account or placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors.

Fantasy Gem reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with Fantasy Gem.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Fantasy Gem, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Fantasy Gem does not permit persons under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where using online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to check the laws applicable in your location before registering.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from Fantasy Gem for a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information. Providing false details, particularly regarding your age or identity, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Your Account

Each person may only hold one account on Fantasy Gem. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Fantasy Gem will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact Fantasy Gem support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to protect your funds.

Fantasy Gem reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, Terms violations or abuse of promotions. In cases of confirmed fraud, Fantasy Gem reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the account.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Outstanding balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures provided there are no outstanding verification requirements.

4 Deposits & Payments

Fantasy Gem processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. The list of available payment methods may change over time.

Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Fantasy Gem is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, including mobile wallet providers or banks.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Fantasy Gem reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount has been deposited.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes, subject to verification status.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Fantasy Gem may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not applied selectively.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Fantasy Gem reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Fantasy Gem offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all Fantasy Gem promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts only. New account bonuses are available once per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Fantasy Gem reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying bets already placed will remain valid.
• Abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering loop strategies or any other form of bonus manipulation — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

7 Games & Fair Play

Fantasy Gem's game library includes live casino, slot games and fish games provided by third-party game studios. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by the physical outcomes of real dealer actions streamed in real time.

Fantasy Gem does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are not adjustable by Fantasy Gem.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Technical errors that demonstrably affected the outcome of a game may be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
• Fantasy Gem is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to understand how a game works before placing real-money bets.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Fantasy Gem reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed after an event has concluded or during a technical malfunction.

8 VIP Programme

The Fantasy Gem VIP programme rewards regular players with enhanced benefits across multiple tiers. Progression through the programme is based on your activity on the platform and is calculated automatically.

• VIP tiers and the benefits attached to each tier are subject to change at Fantasy Gem's discretion. Changes will be communicated to affected members in advance where reasonably practicable.
• VIP status may be downgraded if account activity drops below the threshold required to maintain a given tier during any review period.
• VIP rewards including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits and exclusive bonuses are subject to the same general bonus terms outlined in Section 6 unless stated otherwise.
• Fantasy Gem reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme if there is evidence of Terms violations, fraudulent activity or abuse of VIP benefits.

9 Responsible Gaming

Fantasy Gem is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits using the tools available in their account settings.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who feel they need a break from gaming. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no bonuses or marketing communications will be sent.
• Fantasy Gem reserves the right to enforce cooling-off periods or account restrictions if we observe patterns of behaviour that indicate a player may be experiencing difficulties managing their gaming activity.
• Gaming is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If you are concerned about a young person accessing your account, use device-level parental controls to restrict access.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Fantasy Gem and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false registration information, including age misrepresentation.
• Opening more than one account per person.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino games.
• Using any form of automated software, script, bot or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Abusing bonuses, including creating duplicate accounts to claim new player offers multiple times.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin. Fantasy Gem cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation of financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Fantasy Gem staff or other platform users.

11 Limitation of Liability

Fantasy Gem provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• Fantasy Gem is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side or third-party payment delays.
• Fantasy Gem is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, Fantasy Gem's liability is limited to the refund of the stake placed during the affected session.
• Fantasy Gem is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits Fantasy Gem's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

Fantasy Gem collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, deliver customer support and, where you have opted in, send you promotional communications. Fantasy Gem does not sell personal data to third parties.

Fantasy Gem uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and you use the platform at your own risk in this regard.

13 Changes to These Terms

Fantasy Gem reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, Fantasy Gem may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Fantasy Gem following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed through the standard withdrawal procedure.
